Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 Mar 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Waylo website, applications, and services (collectively, "Waylo", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Waylo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Waylo.

1. Service description

Waylo is an AI-assisted travel planning tool. We help you discover destinations, build itineraries, and explore travel options such as flights, stays, and activities. We do not operate as a travel agency or as the merchant of record for any bookings. Any bookings you make with airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third parties are governed by their own terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Waylo. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

3. No booking, payments, or guarantees

Waylo surfaces travel information, prices, and links from third-party providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the interface, we do not complete bookings on your behalf and we do not collect payments for flights, accommodation, or activities. Prices, availability, schedules, and other details shown in the app are subject to change and may differ from the final details offered by third parties at the time of booking.

4. Third-party services & links

Waylo may link to, or integrate with, services provided by third parties (including airlines, hotels, booking platforms, mapping providers, and content or review sites). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or policies of any third-party services. Your use of those services is at your own risk and is governed by the third party's terms and privacy policies.

5. AI-generated content & accuracy

Waylo uses AI models to generate itineraries and recommendations. While we aim for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and may not reflect real-time conditions, restrictions, or requirements (such as visas, entry rules, health guidance, or safety issues). You are solely responsible for verifying all critical information with official sources and third-party providers before making any travel decisions or bookings.

6. User responsibilities

You agree that you will not use Waylo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your travel documents, visas, insurance, and other requirements are valid for your trip. You should always check government travel advisories and safety guidance for your destinations.

7. Subscriptions & billing

If Waylo offers paid plans or subscriptions, additional terms may apply regarding pricing, billing, refunds, and cancellations. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees. Unless required by law, all fees are non-refundable once charged, except as expressly stated in any applicable subscription terms shown in the app.

8. Intellectual property

Waylo, including its design, branding, software, and content (excluding content owned by third parties), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Waylo except as expressly permitted in writing. You retain ownership of any content you provide to Waylo, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve the service.

9. Disclaimers

Waylo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not guarantee that Waylo will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waylo and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Waylo. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for use of Waylo in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waylo and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of Waylo, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Changes to the service and terms

We may update or modify Waylo and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above). Your continued use of Waylo after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms and your use of Waylo are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The specific governing law and jurisdiction may be updated once your operating entity and location are finalized.
